Our South Tampa locations, the area between the bays, will have you in downtown Tampa in less than 15 minutes. (Some locations are close enough to get you downtown in less than five minutes and to Bayshore Boulevard in just two.) In just half an hour you can can be at the University of South Florida or St. Petersburg and most of the Pinellas County cities and beaches.

All of our apartments are in small buildings - the largest is just 16 units - so you'll have privacy and convenient access to the outside areas and your car. All of the apartments are rented unfurnished, and many have been recently renovated. They are air conditioned and have off-street parking. Most have washer/dryer hookups or conveniently located self serve machines, and some allow pets.
